Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Create your page, publish it, and share it. No credit card, no time limit. Your page stays live for as long as you want.
How does the launch offer work?
Pro is 30% off during our launch, bringing it to $10.50/mo instead of $15/mo. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. As long as you stay subscribed, you keep the $10.50/mo rate even after the launch offer ends. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you'll pay the standard price.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you a published page with limited editing and a small NiftySite badge. Pro unlocks full editing, analytics, a contact form, an AI that builds the site for you, and removes the badge.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your page reverts to the free plan at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your page stays live but reverts to free plan constraints: the NiftySite badge reappears, editing becomes limited, and analytics are paused.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Monthly billing only for now. Annual plans are on the roadmap.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely via Polar. We never store your card details.
