NiftySite ("we", "us", "our") operates the website niftysite.co and the NiftySite web application. We help service professionals build a professional web presence quickly.

Information you give us: When you sign up for the waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address. When you build a site, we store the content you provide (name, bio, services, photos), including the contact details you enter to display on your page. If you start building a site but do not finish or publish it, we may keep the details you have entered so we can help you pick up where you left off.

Information collected automatically: We collect basic usage data including page views, referring URLs, and country of origin. We use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic analysis. We do not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the NiftySite service
• Send transactional emails (signup confirmation, account notifications)
• Follow up about a site you began but did not finish or publish
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your data is stored securely on managed infrastructure. We use HTTPS everywhere. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

We use third-party services for email delivery, payment processing, file storage, and analytics. We share only the data each service needs to operate. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We use minimal cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and analytics cookies for traffic measurement. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Aggregate, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
